Is there a dress code?

Garden chic! Think florals and happy colors. Out of respect for the bride (and to avoid a catostrophic meltdown), please refrain from wearing white, and kindly avoid solid peach tones, as those are reserved for the bridal party.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Between 4pm - 4:15pm and we won't take "LA traffic" as an excuse!

Are there any hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! There are two options for you to choose from. Please visit the 'Travel' page for more details on hotel room blocks. You can also go rogue and book wherever meets your fancy!

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

You betchya. We want you home safe and sound to dream about how magical the night was. There will be shuttles to and from the hotels and the wedding venue. Please visit the 'Travel' page for more details.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Parking is available on-site and you are welcome to leave your car overnight, as long as it’s picked up by 10:30am the next day. We won't be held responsible for whatever happens to it after that!

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Gerry Ranch. Helpin' you cut those Uber costs - you're welcome!

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Gerry Ranch is a fully outdoor wedding venue in the heart of the Santa Rosa Valley. The afternoons can be warm, but the temperature will drop later in the evening with some cool, coastal air. Bring those jackets, but also be prepared to strip as necessary!

Can I bring a date?

To keep our celebration intimate, we’re only able to welcome those who received a formal invitation. Maybe you'll meet someone better anyway!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We know your kids are awesome. I mean, they are decendents of you and we invited you here, right?! However, this will be an adults only affair - you can send them pics! (aka, no kids, but thanks for checking!).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Sure thing! With a vegan bride, you can already count on vegan accomodations, but please let us know in your RSVP if there is something else we should be aware of.
