Getting Here

The Wedding Website of Amy McSharry and Chris Thompson
We'll be providing busses to/from the wedding, so that's covered. We have quite a few folks locally with cars, so if you're looking to join in the golf outing or bourbon tour, we can likely arrange transport, no problem. We have 2 hotel block options, so you can see the details/cost below. There are also tons of Airbnbs in the city! There are a ton of things to do downtown Lex, and ubers are readily available if you want to explore.

Flight

Best Airports

LEX is Lexington's airport - it's going to be about a 15 minute Uber ride, costing about $20, to get to downtown where the hotels are. CVG is Cincinnati's airport & SDF is Louisville's airport - both are about 1 hour 15 minutes drive, and will require you rent a car.

House Or Rental

AirBnB Above a Bar in the Distillery District

1228 Manchester St
Lexington, KY 40504

This is an AirBnB for $388/night above a pizza place and bar in the Distillery District - there is only one and it sleeps 6 people. Likely cheaper than a hotel downtown, free parking on site (although it will be PACKED at night), and will be where we party one evening. It's about a 5 minute ride from where the busses will pick up for the wedding, so a great option for anyone looking to share!
