About a 5 minute Uber ride from downtown, this place has it all - Battle Axes, amazing pizza at Goodfella's, local famous ice cream Crank & Boom, a ton of bars, and across the street is the Burl music hall with an arcade bar. You can bar hop from a hippy cider bar to a biker bar to an upscale cocktail bar, all within a few hundred yards of each other. We'll be there Thursday night after the rehearsal dinner - it's a great place to party!
Framers Market at Fifth Third Pavilion (Saturday)
There is a farmers market every Saturday - local food, fresh flowers, jewelry, everything.
Infinity: Rooftop Restaurant + Bar
Cool spot for an overpriced drink, but a great view!
Greyline Station
This place is a new public marketplace that opened - they normally have live music on the weekends playing at Old North Bar, a quick serve deli at Wilson's Grocery, Rise Up Pizza (the best sourdough pizza in the city), and Limestone Donuts, a Lexington staple. About a 20 minute walk from downtown, it's a cool place to check out!

Big Lex Scavenger Hunt
If you want to see 10 iconic spots in Lex and get a fun prize, print off a picture of Big Lex the Big Blue Horse and snap a picture at each location - mail it in to the tourist center and get a souvenir!
Windy Corner Market
This is an amazing drive out, delicious breakfast, and a great place to watch sunset! You can pick up local bourbon honey and my favorite - corn cookies!
Mama Tequila
Good Mexican food during the day, really great dance club after 10p! Usually a $5 cover.
Raven Run Nature Sanctuary
A local nature sanctuary, you can drive out about 20 minutes and hike through any of the trails - it's less a hike and more a nature walk, but it's super close to the city!
Red River Gorge
If you go out here, our favorite hikes are Natural Bridge, Grey's Arch, and Auxier Ridge. Definitely stop at Miguel's Pizza on the way back after a hike - it's a must visit!
Keeneland Race Track
It's free to stop by and tour the grounds - it's beautiful!
Bourbon Trail
If you have time, there are a ton of bourbon distilleries in the area - you need reservations at most of them, but they are incredibly beautiful!
