I think we sampled as much elote as we possibly could. None of them disappointed.

Plenty of insects to try. We tried crickets, ants, beetles, grubs and scorpions. Crickets tasted like ranch packets and the ants were a bit smoky.

Many carajillos were enjoyed. This is Mexicos version of the espresso martini. It is considered to be an integral part of "sobremesa" (after dinner conversation).
