Cocktail attire
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at our ceremony. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at The Clarendon Ballroom. The ceremony will begin, promptly at 4 p.m. Cocktail hour will immediately follow upstairs on the roof deck. We are asking guests to not arrive before 3:30 pm, as we will most likely be putting the final touches on the ceremony space. Upon arrival to The Clarendon Ballroom, guests will be greeted by a door man (hired by The Clarendon Ballroom staff) who will help verify guests. Our ushers will also be on hand to help. NOTE: our ceremony is a no photograph/video zone. Please silence, or quiet your cell phones. We have hired a photographer to document our ceremony, and are asking everyone to please refrain from taking photos or videos of our ceremony. Immediately following our wedding ceremony (4 until 5 p.m.), guests will be directed upstairs to the venue's roof deck for cocktail hour. Cocktail hour will run from 5 until 6 p.m. We are expecting quite a few people for our wedding, so are asking people to please be mindful when they exit the ceremony space. For those who are unable to use stairs, an usher will gladly direct one to an elevator. In regards to the elevator, we are asking guests to please give precedence to guests with disabilities, mobility impairments, are of a certain age, or have very young children. Thank you! The reception will begin at 6 p.m. Please stop by the escort card table to know where to sit. We look forward to an evening of great food & drinks, awesome music, and an evening filled with ever-lasting memories.
