Travel & Lodging

If traveling by plane, we recommend flying into the Colorado Springs Airport ~20 minutes east of our venue or the Denver International Airport ~1 hour and 15 minutes north of our venue. As for lodging, there are many hotels and Airbnb options in the area. In July, Colorado Springs hotels tend to be pricey. :( However, we’ve set room blocks at the Hilton Garden Inn and Quality Inn South which should help with the price a bit. We encourage you to do some research on hotels in the area and choose the best fit for you! Airbnbs can also be fun, economical, and convenient depending on your group size and plans! Personally, Dylan and I plan to stay at an Airbnb for most of the weekend, but stay at the Hilton Garden Inn the night of the wedding.

Flight

Colorado Springs Airport (COS)

Pros: This airport is small, easy to navigate, and the closest airport to our venue (20 minute drive). There are direct flights between here and Chicago! Cons: Flights are can be slightly more expensive (compared to Denver), and and there are no direct flights to here from St. Louis, Knoxville, or Madison, WI.

Flight

Denver International Airport (DEN)

Pros: This is a large, well-organized airport 1 hour and 15 minutes north of our venue. Flights into Denver are generally a little cheaper than into Colorado Springs. Direct flights exist between here and Chicago, St. Louis, and Knoxville, and Madison, WI. Cons: You'd likely need a rental car if you go this route, while flying into Colorado Springs may allow you to forgo the need for a rental depending on your plans! Traffic in between Denver and Colorado Springs can sometimes be a pain.

Hotel

Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Downtown

125 North Cascade Avenue
Colorado Springs, CO 80903
 (719) 632-1000

This is a great hotel less than a mile away from our venue. Dylan and I plan to stay here the night of the wedding and we've blocked off 10 additional rooms here from July 6th-10that a rate of $239/night. Click "View" to access the booking link or call the front desk and request a reservation in the Magness wedding block. Offer valid through June 27th.

Travel Note

Airbnb

Why not skip the hotel and book an Airbnb? Since Colorado Springs is a popular destination spot (especially in the summer), prices for hotels tend to be steep. Airbnbs can be a great alternative, giving you more control over location, and often, amenities like a kitchen and backyard. Click "View" to access airbnb.com!
