Are kids invited?

Answer

Kids are welcome to come to the ceremony, but we politely ask that the reception be for those 21+ in age so that we do not surpass the venue's maximum capacity. If you need child care, we recommend SnappySitters.com. While children under the age of 2 are welcome to stay for the reception, we highly recommend a babysitter so that parents can enjoy a night out!

Are the ceremony & reception outside?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outside on a lawn with access to a tent and a few heaters. The weather in Central Oregon is highly variable year to year. Please check the forecast prior and dress accordingly. Please also note that the ceremony location is not shaded.

Cocktail attire. The ceremony and reception will be on grass.

How do I get to the Wedding?

Answer

There is ample parking at the wedding if you wish to drive yourself (parking along road next to ceremony location within Pole Creek Ranch - there will be signage). If driving yourself, please map to Pole Creek Ranch. We will also be providing a shuttle to and from the Black Butte Ranch lodge pool parking lot. Seating on the shuttle from BBR to the venue is limited (more seating is offered on the return trip) so please contact the Bride and/or Groom if you'd like to reserve a spot. If you have confirmed a ride on the shuttle, the shuttle will depart the Lakeside Bistro parking lot at 3:15pm. Return shuttles will drop off here.
