Come on by to say hello and enjoy a casual dinner and drinks. Anyone already in town for the wedding is welcome to stop by any time between 5-9pm, but do not feel obligated as this is optional. For those who are not staying on the ranch, use code 55515# for access through the ranch gates.

Weekend Festivities

11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Liv, Steve, and friends will be hanging out by the Lakeside pool on the ranch. Come join!

Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Ceremony & Reception on grass.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. You will be greeted with a chilled beverage upon arrival - please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 pm. We will be offering shuttle transportation to and from Black Butte Ranch. Shuttle transportation to the venue is offered to a limited number of interested individuals while the return trip will have ample seating. Please contact the bride or groom if you'd like to reserve a spot on the ride to the venue. The shuttle will pick guests up from the parking lot of the Black Butte Ranch Lakeside Bistro at 3:15pm. Shuttles will depart the venue at 9pm and 10pm and drop off at the pickup location. If driving, please map to Pole Creek Ranch or click the "Map" button below and follow signage to the venue.

Brunch

Come stop by for some brunch after checking out of your place and before heading out of the Ranch if you have enough time! Stop by anytime.
