The Climate Action Fund elevates the work of local climate champions in the fight to conserve our planet's resources, spread environmental justice, and raise awareness in the face of climate change. From Fiji to Kenya, these community-led projects are best positioned to help individuals and communities most affected by global climate change.
Global climate change has drastically impacted the lives of people around the world, and rising levels of greenhouse gas emissions threaten irreversible consequences to the Earth's climate systems. With the future of our planet at stake, the time for action is now. Human activities including pollution, overpopulation, and unsustainable agricultural practices have played a pivotal role in our planet's shifting climate patterns. Natural disasters closely tied to climate change such as cyclones, tsunamis, and floods have increased in scale and frequency. More than 1 million species of plants and animals are at risk of extinction, threatening the stability of global ecosystems. In order to restore and protect nature, transformative action is needed.
With enough technological innovation and political willpower, it is still possible to protect our planet by limiting the increase in global mean temperature to two degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels. But it cannot and - importantly - should not be done in isolation. Supporting local conservation efforts in areas most threatened by climate change is imperative to preserve the Earth's future.

Since we already live together and have most of the material items we need, we’ve chosen to focus our registry on experiences we can enjoy together as a couple. There’s absolutely no pressure—just sincere gratitude for being part of this special time in our lives.
