Proposal in Iceland

The proposal story:
There were so many signs. So. Many. But in the end, Mary ended up getting completely and utterly surprised when Johnny popped the question. They hiked to the top of Skogafoss waterfall, Johnny pulled out a sock, Mary saw the square shape in the sock and proceeded to freak out. 10 minutes of "you're joking," "what?" "no you're not asking," "what's happening" later, Mary said yes. Flailing arms and happy tears were also involved.
How these photos came about:
They were engaged on the second day of their Iceland trip. Knowing her all too well, Johnny asked Mary to wait 3 days before announcing their engagement or making any plans. So of course, the next day, Mary facetimed her sisters and shared the news. She then proceeded to stay up till 3 am frantically googling for a last minute photographer. She just couldn't miss the opportunity to impulsivley take engagement pictures in front of the very same waterfall. (She's thankful Johnny accepts her for who she is).
