Jamie and Gianna first met in 2016 in the dorms at Cal Poly and became roommates for Junior and Senior year of college (props to Jamie and Rachel for this feat because Gianna was absolutely atrocious at cleaning back in 2018). Even living states apart the two have remained close and Jamie and her Fiancé helped Jake pull off the most wonderful surprise proposal back in San Luis Obispo.
Peter Corcoran

Jake and Peter met for the first time in 2012 freshman year of high school and played baseball together. The two have remained close throughout college and into adult life, and love to get on the golf course together.
Samantha Bayer

Sam is Gianna's older cousin, they grew up together on the Ranch in Oregon and have always been more like sisters than cousins. She has been Gianna's go-to person to ask for advice, to be talked off the ledge of a crisis, and most importantly for anything fashion-related.

Jake and Zach first met in 2010 in 7th grade when they had seven out of eight classes together. The two have remained close since that moment and bond over their shared love of sports.
Sara Bayer

Sara is the oldest of the cousins and grew up babysitting Gianna (not an easy job). As they have grown up she has turned into a wonderful role model, sister figure, and friend. She has gone out of her way to show up for important life events and is always one of Gianna's biggest supporters.
Dominic Grant

Dominic and Jake have been friends since 2010 in 7th grade and played baseball together from 7th grade throughout high school. Now that Dominic lives in Indianapolis, the boys try and get together and plan trips several times a year.
Ava Isola

Ava is Gianna's younger cousin. The two of them have grown up making memories going on countless trips together from scuba diving in Bonaire, beach trips in San Diego, Taylor Swift concerts, and rappeling down cliffs in Costa Rica. Their bond as cousins has developed into a true friendship as they have both transitioned into adulthood and they look for every opportunity to get together.

Meeting in 2009 in 6th grade, Jason is one of Jake's oldest friends. The two played baseball together from seventh grade throughout high school. Jason continues to coach baseball in St. Louis, and bonds with Jake over their shared love of baseball.
Mary Beth Barnum-Olson

Mary Beth and Gianna originally met back when they were five years old and Gianna first moved to Oregon. Though they initially were not fond of each other (5-year-olds are harsh critics), they quickly became best friends and have been by each other's side for the past 22 years. They have gone through so many phases of life, including very unfortunate middle school phases that involved a lot of eyeliner and Juicy Couture, that they have surpassed friendship and are truly family.

Andrew and Jake met in high school and were always friends, but their friendship blossomed throughout college and into adult life. The pair lived in the same apartment complex after graduating college, and love to golf together and discuss sports.
Taylor Kreul

Taylor and Gianna initially met in middle school, however their friendship did not fully blossom until they both joined the highschool cross country team. Taylor, Gianna, and Madeline were basically inseparable all of highschool and spent every free moment together. Though college, grad school, med school, and jobs have kept them in different states for the past 9 years, they have always made time to keep their friendship strong.

Jake K and Jake I met shortly after Gianna and Jake K began dating. The two became fast friends, and enjoy golfing, skiing, and scuba diving together. Gianna and Jake K try to see Jake I as much as possible and always have a great time together.
Madeline Volk

Madeline and Gianna went to school together from 1st grade through senior year, though much like Taylor, their friendship did not fully form until they were on the high school cross country team. Their trio spent every weekend of highschool together watching movies, running an absurd amount of miles, and hiking. Madeline has been a constant in Gianna's life and has been there for all the big and small things no matter how far apart they live now.

Kyle and Jake met in 2010 in seventh grade and were also baseball teammates from seventh grade through high school. The pair remained very close throughout college and into adult life. Kyle and Jake share a special bond as Jake was Kyle's catcher throughout both of their baseball careers.

Rachel and Gianna both attended Cal Poly and lived in the same dorm freshman year. They went on to be roommates for Junior and Senior year (second shout out for her resilience for Gianna's ~former~ poor household management skills) and supported each other through so many big life changes.

Micah and Jake first met in 2016 at their freshman year of college at Pepperdine University where they lived in the same dorm building. The two became friends quickly and roomed together for the rest of their time at Pepperdine. Micah and Jake love to discuss sports and play golf, tennis, and basketball together.

Malia's Mommy (Mckenna Barnum-Hall) grew up with Gianna in Southern Oregon. Gianna is SO excited to include this perfect little girl in her big day.
Thatcher Popoff

Thatcher is Gianna's Nephew (and Samantha's Son). He is always on the move and we are keeping our fingers crossed he is going to refrain from throwing the rings into the river since throw and catch is currently his favorite past time.
