Medford International Airport

Medford is a small town so flights are limited and we highly encourage anyone flying in to book in advance! Medford airport is located just 10 minutes away from the hotel accommodations and 15 minutes from the venue.

Shuttle to/from the Wedding venue

We will be providing a shuttle service to and from the ceremony (one pick up at Margaritaville and one pick up in Jacksonville). We are still gathering details for logistics and schedule. Please check back to this section after formal invitations go out for additional information!

Wine Country Inn

We have a room block set up here under Isola-Koentopp Wedding with a combination of Fireplace King Suites ($170 per night, only two available), King Suites ($127 per night), and Queen Suites ($127 per night). To receive these rates as part of our room blocks you will need to call the hotel directly rather than booking online. One of our shuttle pickups will be accessible from this location. Walking distance to downtown Jacksonville and to Pony Espresso (adorable coffee shop, one of the bride's favorite spots).

Compass Hotel Medford by Margaritaville

We also have a room block set up at this hotel! There is a combination of King and Queens options reserved. Kings will be $139 Dollars per night and double Queens will be $159 per night). In order to get these rates with our room block you do need to call when booking. Located in Medford this hotel is new and has a pool, bar, and restaurant on site. This hotel is not located within walking distance of food or bars, would highly encourage a rental car if you choose to stay at this location. This is also an available option for out shuttle pick up service to the wedding.

Jacksonville Inn

This historic Inn is located right in historic downtown Jacksonville. It has 8 bedrooms available (5 king suites and 3 queen suites) Rooms range from $170-$190s per night, and the entire hotel can be rented for $1,900 per night if you are coming with a giant group and all want to book in together! The hotel is equipped with a bar and full restaurant.

This cottage style 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Airbnb can accommodate up to 6 people and is located right in the heart of historic downtown Jacksonville. It is within walking distance to many shops, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. There is also a one-bedroom cottage located right behind the house that can be added on to the booking if you would like to add additional guests!

This Airbnb is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (with two additional pull-out/sleeper sofas) that can accommodate up to 8 people. It is also located within walking distance of historic downtown and offers a private deck with a hot tub and views of a creek.
