FAQs

The Wedding Website of Gianna Isola and Jake Koentopp
Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

We adore your little ones and are thrilled to have them join us on our special day! Please note, our wedding will be held on private property with a river, pond, and pool all very close to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception areas. If you decide to bring your children, we kindly ask that you remain extra vigilant and keep a close eye on them throughout the event to ensure their safety.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are currently working out all of the details for the shuttle service. It will be available to and from the wedding with a pickup at Margaritaville and a pick up in Jacksonville. Please check back closer to the wedding for more details and logistics!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering parking on property. Please note to give yourself extra time as you will be parking at the top of the property and then a golfcart will escort you to the location of the ceremony. For anyone with mobility concerns please contact the bride at 541-646-1133 or the mother of the bride (Nicol Isola) at 541-282-3853 so we can make sure we have proper arrangements in place and ensure your comfort and safety!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. To ensure you have plenty of time to get settled, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes early. This will give you time to make your way to the ceremony location, grab a glass of champagne, and find your seat.

Question

What should we expect for weather?

Answer

Southern Oregon can be a bit unpredictable in the early fall and we encourage checking the weather as the date comes closer. That being said, typically we expect warm sunny days in early October with temperatures around 75-85 degrees. The temperature tends to drop a bit as the sun goes down and we encourage bringing a wrap or sweater to throw over your shoulders as the evening goes on.

Question

Mobility and accessibility concerns.

Answer

If you or one of your guests may require any additional support or have any mobility concerns please reach out to the bride at 541-646-1133 or the mother of the bride at 541-282-3853. We will have golf carts available to bring guests down the hill and to the ceremony site, for our older guests or those with mobility concerns there will be an option to bring you right up to the ceremony site with minimal walking so please let us know!
