Hotel
We’ve reserved the entire KAN Hotel—our jungle-chic home for the weekend! Think treehouse-style eco-suites, winding jungle paths, natural pools, and vibey architecture…it’s truly a dream. Instead of booking directly through the hotel, we’ve created a private booking process so we can coordinate everyone’s stay together. Once we receive all RSVPs, we’ll send you a personalized booking link and collect payment directly (we accept Venmo, Zelle, or check—see FAQ for details). Rooms will be assigned based on group size and layout, and we’ll reach out in advance if you’ll be sharing a room with anyone other than your partner or plus-one. Flight
The closest airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), located about 1.5 to 2 hours from Tulum. We recommend flying into Cancún on February 25, 2027, and departing on February 28, 2027 to align with the wedding weekend. We’re planning to work with Delta and JetBlue to try and coordinate group flight options and discounted rates for our guests. We will share updates as soon as we know more. If you would rather not wait, feel free to go ahead and book your flights whenever you're ready!

Travel Note
Shuttle transportation to and from the airport will only be provided for guests arriving and departing within the official wedding dates (Feb 25–28). If you’re planning to arrive earlier or stay later, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to and from KAN. While we’d love to be able to coordinate transportation for guests arriving early or staying beyond the wedding dates, it’s just not feasible for us to manage travel outside the official window. Travel Note
We’ve got you covered when it comes to exploring Tulum! During your stay at KAN, you'll have access to a variety of transportation options to make getting around easy and fun—free of charge: -Two private shuttle vans will run from KAN to the main beach strip every hour on the hour — unless reserved for a scheduled group event, in which case you are welcome to use one of the options listed below or the front desk can assist you with calling a taxi. Guests will be expected to pay for their own taxi rides. -Scooters, bicycles, and a couple of ATVs are available for all guests to use at any time—just swing by the front desk to check one out! Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring nearby restaurants, or just cruising jungle roads for the vibes, you'll have plenty of ways to get around Tulum in style.
