Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 4:15 PM. The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We're asking guests to make their own way to the ceremony site via rideshare or driving, but we'll arrange for transportation to the after-party.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, please see the "Schedule" section of this website for optional activities starting on Thursday. On "Things To Do," you can also see some of our favorite spots in the Carmel / Monterey area we recommend you check out while in town.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, and they should be listed on your invitation! Please reach out to Will (whrichardson97@gmail.com) and Gillian (gilliansweatherford@gmail.com) so we can make sure we have everything you may need to bring your kids along.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the Welcome Party, we suggest cocktail attire -- no jackets or sports coats required. For the Wedding, please join us in formal attire. This part of California can get chilly at night and both the Welcome Party and Wedding will be partially outside, so we recommend bringing a layer with you. All other events are casual -- come as you are!
