Will is arranging a Thursday bike ride. It’ll be around 20 miles and will mostly be on the coast (17 mile drive). The roads are nice and there’s a dedicated bike line for most of the stretch, but it is on the street and cars will be passing by. We’ll plan for a pit stop midway through for a beer or coffee + snack. Electric bikes are available as well, although they’re a bit more expensive. $40 to $60 per person
11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Kim (Will’s mom) is organizing a kayaking trip on Thursday. We’re planning to have it be in Stillwater Cove, which is right off the Pebble Beach golf course. Weather can prevent kayaking in this area though, so sometimes it needs to be moved to a different location last minute. The alternative location is near the Monterey Bay Aquarium, which is also very nice. In the case of inclement weather (rain, wind, etc.), there’s a chance it could get canceled altogether. If that happens, we'll know in the morning, and people can shift into the hike or bike ride. $100 to $120 per person.

Casual attire
If you're in town on Thursday night, we'll be having a get-together at a local brewery or bar. Drinks and food will be available for purchase. We'll share the confirmed venue closer to the event date.
12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Will and Gillian will be hanging out at Carmel Beach by 13th Avenue. We'll have some beach games, but come swing by any time to just hang out and enjoy the water -- this is very casual. Bring any food or beverages that you'd like!

Please plan to enjoy dinner before arriving. Drinks and dessert are on us!

Formal attire
Please arrive around 4:15 PM for our ceremony to start at 4:30 PM. The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting, by the pasture. Drinks and dancing will be in the Patio Barn, and dinner will be in the Large Barn.
