We recommend guests stay in the Heavenly Village area of South Lake Tahoe, where the majority of our wedding weekend events will take place. From welcome festivities to late night celebrations and brunches, this area will serve as the central hub for the weekend's events and transportation departures. Staying nearby will make it easy to fully enjoy the weekend without the need for long drives or coordinating transportation between events. Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place near Incline Village on Lake Tahoe’s East Shore. Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue at designated pickup locations in South Lake Tahoe, Incline Village, and Carson City. Please note the wedding venue is accessible by shuttle or dock only. For guests looking for a quieter North Shore experience or wishing to stay closer to the wedding venue itself, we have also included a few recommended lodging options in Incline Village.

While we absolutely love each of your children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Due to the nature of the venue and waterfront setting, we kindly ask that guests arrange childcare in advance and enjoy the evening fully immersed in the festivities with us. Children are welcome at the other events throughout the wedding weekend. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate together.
