Surrounded by lake and mountain views, live music, and cocktails, we welcome you to relax and unwind from the moment you arrive. Inspired by our shared love of travel, adventure, and lake life, we look forward to sharing one of our favorite places in the world with you. We look forward to celebrating with guests of all ages. To help ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, we respectfully request that children remain under parental supervision at all times. Children may be required to wear a life vest. We cannot wait to welcome you aboard.

For guests looking to ease into the day Tahoe-style, join us Saturday morning for a yoga and paddle boarding session in South Lake Tahoe. Come for the full morning or simply stop by to enjoy the beach, sunshine, and beautiful surroundings with friends and family before the evening's celebrations begin. Paddle boards will be available, and all are welcome. Yoga instruction will begin at 9:00 AM and end at 10:00 AM. Guests should arrive at the beach by 8:30 AM to select a paddle board. We've scheduled this experience at this time to take advantage of Tahoe's calmest water and best conditions on the lake. No wetsuit needed, though a long-sleeved swim shirt is recommended.

We are so honored to gather with you to celebrate the beginning of our marriage at the historic Thunderbird Lodge on the shores of Lake Tahoe. Guests will be welcomed with champagne and signature mocktails upon arrival before the ceremony begins overlooking the water. Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy cocktails, historic tunnel tours, dinner, live music, dancing, and late-night bites as the celebration continues into the evening. Guest shuttles will depart from Incline Village, South Lake Tahoe, and Carson City between 2:00 and 3:00 PM, with guests arriving at Thunderbird Lodge beginning at 3:00 PM. Please note that the wedding venue is accessible by shuttle only. Guests are kindly asked to be ready for departure by 2:15 PM sharp to ensure timely arrival for the ceremony. The wedding will take place outdoors on grass and lakeside grounds. We recommend choosing footwear accordingly. Block heels, wedges, or dress shoes suitable for uneven surfaces are encouraged.

Before everyone departs, we would love to spend one final morning soaking in all the magic Lake Tahoe has to offer. Guests will ascend by scenic tram ride to a mountaintop brunch overlooking panoramic lake views. After a weekend filled with celebration, adventure, and unforgettable memories, we wanted to create one last opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and take it all in together before saying goodbye. Children are welcome to join. We kindly ask that parents supervise their children throughout the brunch for their safety and enjoyment.
