Our RSVP deadline was June 15, 2026. Thank you to everyone who has already responded. We know summer calendars fill quickly, and we are grateful for your help as we finalize our plans. If you have not yet submitted your RSVP, we kindly ask that you do so as soon as possible. We can't wait to celebrate with you in Lake Tahoe.
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for all wedding guests to and from the celebration. Pickup and drop-off locations in South Lake Tahoe and Incline Village will be at the hotels listed on our Travel Page. For guests staying in Carson City, a central pickup location will be announced at a later date. A detailed shuttle schedule will be posted on the Travel Page prior to the wedding weekend.

All wedding events will take place outdoors, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe. Late August is one of Tahoe’s most beautiful times of year with warm sunny days, low humidity, and cool mountain evenings. Daytime temperatures range from the upper 70s to low 80s, while evenings can cool into the 40s and 50s. Sunshine is abundant, and rain is uncommon. For the evening events, we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap. Comfortable footwear is also encouraged, as portions of the weekend will take place on grass, docks, and rocky terrain.
