Very popular rooftop restaurant with a lively environment. You need a reservation. There are multiple levels of Quince and the best part is closest to the church. Right when you come up the stairs from reception, it's on the right side. Sometimes they have tight rope performers.

Eat with the locals here and explore the adjoining San Miguel's artisan market. Order up a quick torta and wash it down with an agua de betabel — sweetened beet juice, a San Miguel staple. You can spend hours wandering the stalls.
