One of the most authentic San Miguel experiences you’ll ever enjoy. In SMA, the prelude to almost every wedding ceremony is a callejoneada, a parade in which the wedding party and guests dance alongside mariachi, through the cobblestoned streets of San Miguel. Event Attire: Colorful Cocktail Our welcome events are designed to reflect the traditions, bright skies, and colorful landscapes of Mexico. Opt for vibrant colors, lightweight fabrics, and a touch of personal flair. For women: Dresses or jumpsuits in bright hues and bold patterns. Block heels, or flats are recommended -- skip the stilettos, the cobblestones are unforgiving. For men: Lightweight linen or cotton shirts in light and bright colors. Welcome Party
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We'll continue the welcome celebration with a rooftop fiesta complete with a feast of Mexican street food, margaritas, and a sunset view of San Miguel de Allende. Please note: The welcome party venue is a 10-minute walk from the parade at the park.

Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm
All wedding day events will take place on the outdoor grounds of Casa Hyder. Please plan to arrive by 4 pm, as our ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Event Attire: Festive Formal Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Ladies, enjoy color, florals, and prints in your looks -- San Miguel is such a vibrant backdrop! Cocktail Hour

Immediately following the ceremony, please join us for a sunset cocktail hour on the terrace.
Dinner and Dancing

Dinner will be served in the back garden. Then, let's dance the night away by the pool!
After Party
10:30 pm
For those who wish to keep celebrating, join us for an after party on Casa Hyder's grounds.

Poolside Brunch

We'd love to say goodbye! Stop by Casa Hyder for a recovery brunch, served from 11am-2pm, and day at the pool. Feel free to come and go as you please. While we'd love to see you, there is absolutely no expectation you join us. We're excited for you to explore San Miguel de Allende and understand if you have other plans today! Event Attire: Resort Casual (don't forget your swimsuit!)
