Options Flying In

Please keep in mind that Big Sur is a bit remote and requires you to drive in regardless of the airport you choose to fly into. Below are the local airport options that you can look into when finding your flight. Monterey is a regional airport, so while you will have a layover at one of the international airports, it is not a huge additional cost to fly in closer and land in Monterey. Travel Note

Rental Car and Transportation Note

Our venue is well into Big Sur, requiring about a 40+ minute drive from the town of Monterey. Big Sur has limited cell service and it is almost impossible to rely on ride share apps for the duration of your stay. While all of the activities throughout the weekend are on property or within walking distance, you may want to explore more of Big Sur or the Monterey area. If you choose to do so, we would recommend either renting a car or connecting with other guests and carpooling! Because our venue is next door to the accommodations listed within the room blocks, we unfortunately are not offering transportation from the airport or any other time within the weekend. We hope you understand and plan accordingly.

This is located directly next door to our venue. You can stay in their riverside suites that overlook the Big Sur River or the motel-style ridge rooms right across the street from the venue. We do not have any room blocks, but please tell us where you stay so we can keep track of where everyone ends up! This is the location we will be holding our welcome party the night before and has a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful back lawn that goes down to the small river that runs behind the whole property, including our venue!

You can also stay on the other side of our venue at Big Sur Campgrounds and Cabins. They have a variety of options, from one or two-bedroom cabins with kitchens and fireplaces. If you are looking into this option and know some of the other guests going, you may be able to connect with them and split a larger cabin to cut costs! We do not have any room blocks, but please tell us where you stay so we can keep track of where everyone ends up!
