The Wedding Website of Grace DeNicola and Vincent Verderame
Our Adventures So Far All of the photos on this page are snapshots from our favorite adventures together - places we've wandered, meals we've shared, and memories we've made across the map. Travel has been a huge part of our relationship, and it only felt right to fill this page with the moments that brought us even closer. As you make your way to Long Island to celebrate with us, we’ve put together everything you’ll need to get here smoothly - from airport tips and rental car suggestions to local tricks for beating traffic (trust us, it’s real). Whether you’re flying in from afar or coming in by train or car, we hope this guide helps you plan your trip with ease. We can’t wait to welcome you to a place that means so much to us and start the next chapter of our adventure with all of you there!

Travel Note

Nearest Airports

Here’s a quick guide to nearby airports and how far they are from our venue in Melville, NY: Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) – Approximately 25 minutes away A convenient local airport and the easiest option if you can find a good flight! John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) – Approximately 40–50 minutes away Heads up: JFK is currently undergoing major construction, which can mean longer wait times, detours, and general chaos - plan accordingly and pack your patience! LaGuardia Airport (LGA) – Approximately 45–55 minutes away Recently renovated and often a smoother option than JFK. Still busy, but a bit more user-friendly these days. Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) – Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes away A good option if you’re staying closer to NYC before heading out to Long Island - just allow time for that bridge-and-tunnel traffic! Travel Tip: If you’re flying into any NYC-area airport, be sure to give yourself plenty of buffer time - Long Island is beautiful, but not always easy to get to.

Transportation & Getting Around

Rental Cars: Available at or around all airports and strongly recommended. Having a rental car will make getting to the venue, hotel, restaurants, and anywhere else you want to go much easier and more convenient. Ride Shares: Uber and Lyft are available but can be hit or miss, especially late at night or in less populated areas. We wouldn’t rely on them as your main mode of transportation. Train Option: The Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) connects NYC to various parts of Long Island. It’s a solid option if you’re coming in from the city and staying nearby, but you’ll likely still need a car or ride from the station to reach the venue or hotels. Let us know if you need help navigating it!

Ceremony & Reception Location

Royalton on the Greens 1 Altessa Blvd Melville, NY 11747 Phone: (516) 240-1740 Parking is available on-site. Note: The venue is located inside a gated community. The gate should be up upon arrival, but if it’s not, simply let the guard know you’re attending the DeNicola wedding and they will grant you access. Once inside, follow the signage to the venue entrance - we’ll have plenty to guide you!

Local Tips

The wedding is in April, and the ceremony will be fully outdoors, with the cocktail hour taking place both inside and outside, weather permitting. Spring on Long Island can be unpredictable - it might be sunny and warm or breezy and cool - so we recommend bringing a stylish coat or light layers to stay comfortable. Long Island weekend traffic is no joke, especially if you’re traveling from the city - give yourself plenty of extra time to arrive stress-free. Need help or have last-minute questions? Feel free to text our Maid of Honor, Natalie, or Best Men, Andrew & Frankie - they’ve got you covered!
