Engagement Party

3:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Elevated backyard BBQ – festive, relaxed, and fall-inspired. We’re planning an indoor-outdoor party with lawn games! Ladies: Dresses, jumpsuits, or sets with layers like a sweater or denim jacket. Flats, boots, or wedges are ideal. Gents: Polished casual - button-downs, chinos or dark jeans, and clean shoes. Stylish, not stuffy!

Directions: The Bates House is tucked away at the end of a long, seemingly private road alongside Frank Melville Park - don’t worry, you’re in the right place! Once you turn onto Bates Road, just keep driving all the way down until you reach the house. It might feel like you’ve gone too far, but trust the road! You’ll find signage and security staff as you get closer. Please park in the designated lots and ONLY use the circle for ‘drop-off’s’ due to mobility issues. Plus-One Note: Due to venue capacity, we’re keeping the guest list to those formally invited and aren’t able to accommodate additional plus ones.
