Ashley is one of Meghan's longest friends. They have known each other for over ten years. Ashley and Meghan met at Cedarhurst Elementary School when Ashley was starting as a student teacher. They have bonded over their love of movies, everything Disney, concerts, and travel. Ashley was Meghan's roommate for eight years. She is Paul's other mother. She has helped Meghan gain confidence, see the beauty in herself, and find the courage to finally come out. Meghan would not be where she is today if it were not for all of the support and help Ashley has provided her with as she navigated the loss of her mother, the constant stress that is teaching, and so much more. This wedding would be incomplete without her.

Tami and Meghan have been friends for 17 years! She was the first person Meghan connected with when she started working at Cedarhurst Elementary School. Meghan knew from seeing Tami making faces at a staff meeting that their friendship was meant to be. Tami's advice, guidance, and support helped Meghan discover who she truly is. Tami is always good for a laugh and a fun time. She is a gifted storyteller. Tami is highly protective and supportive of Meghan. She is Meghan's ride-or-die friend. Meghan would never have met Dannah if it were not for Tami's encouragement. She is an integral part of this wedding.

Sinai Rincon-Ruiz

Sinai and Meghan have been friends for many years. Sinai was a bilingual para-educator who worked with Meghan's students in reading groups. She was also a fantastic assistant in her classroom! She is now in training to be a teacher! Sinai has been such a warm, supportive, and loving friend to Meghan. She was one of the first people Meghan felt safe being her authentic self around. Sinai is Meghan's salsa and Zumba dancing buddy. She is the most patient and fantastic dance instructor. Despite her many efforts, Meghan still struggles to move in rhythm to the music. She rounds out the most amazing group of ladies who represent Meghan's wedding party.
