First pic after getting engaged! We raced to find a place to watch the sunset on our last night in Kauai and this little beach was just perfect xoxo

Very early picture from one of our first dates, taken at Rocky Neck State Park. We love to laugh together.

As I said, our relationship is full of a lot of laughter (though I can't always tell if he's laughing WITH me, or at my goofy antics! He'd probably say a mix!)

Our second trip and one of my favorite hikes of all time: Castle Rock in Sedona AZ

Our first trip (well, after the yurt in New Hampshire of course!). Erik was in Roatan for work for 2 weeks and I got to fly out and spend a week with him

Just monkeying around at an animal sanctuary in Roatan! (Erik loves my corny humor ;) )

Our favorite pic of us from Roatan, and one of our favorites in general xoxo The faces say it all

Kalalau Trail in Kauai

Beginning of our 5 day backpacking journey of the Napali Coast in Kauai on the Kalalau Trail. 16 miles with side trails to majestic waterfalls, 5,000 feet elevation gain. It was an epic adventure!

One of our favorite waterfall hikes near home!

Frozen waterfall hike- Campbell Falls in Norfolk!

Another top favorite hike by home. We celebrated the fall equinox here with a Native Ojibwe pipe ceremony led by our friend Rick, and were treated to a chorus of howling coyotes and an owl encounter!

And another favorite hike (ok you get the point... we like to hike!)

Sharing a favorite hike by home with Erik's parents Dave and Evelyn!

And sharing a New Years meal at a favorite restaurant, the 100 year old North House, with my mom and sis (so for fun we don't ONLY hike... just mostly!)

My first Christmas in Michigan!

Epic view from Castle Rock hike in Sedona

Scrambling up a 30 ft cliff to meditate on a ledge with our friends Trevor and Nyna! Just as we finished, the loudest thunder clap I ever heard in my life boomed throughout the valley. It was magic!

Stealing a smooch on the Appalachian Trail near home xoxo

First ever picture of us... on a hike, of course! Look at that unplanned color coordination! How obvious we were meant to be ;)
