When I think of the word soulmate, I think of Ellen. She’s half my heart and even calling her my soulmate, my sister, and my best friend, still somehow it doesn’t convey. This is the person I've done life with, ya know? I will never be lost as long as I have her. Not to get all woo woo, but our souls met up for coffee before this lifetime began and were like, “omg I've been looking for a good fit to do another lifetime with; we should totally do life together!!” and god gave us the nod of approval or something. Idk how it works. Whatever. Anyway, Ellen is FUNNY. She makes me laugh so hard I cry, spit my drink (numerous occasions), grow a six pack, become breathless, legs give out and I have to lie down, you get what I'm saying. Ellen goes after the life that she wants and she will get it. Even if she’s scared, she’ll just do it scared. She’s a risky one, a spontaneous one, true to her heart (Mulan anyone?), confident, charismatic, resilient, a freakin' animal. On top of all of that she’s mind-blowingly generous, thoughtful, and selfless. She loves to give special & personalized gifts and cook delicious meals from scratch for loved ones. I met this dude in 8th grade playing basketball and he's been my best friend ever since. When we were in high school he taught me how to snowboard, but I taught him everything else. I love that he's a total goofball, lighthearted, down to earth, and down for whatever. He's always been there for me and always will. What else can I say, he's the best man I know. ~Chris

From the time she was a baby, Joanna was the cutest and coolest thing. I remember taking 15 second flicks on my pink Razor (why was 15 seconds the max recording time?) of her belting "Before He Cheats" by Carrie Underwood and I think she just recently learned what a Louisville slugger is. She's the queen of cuddling and has a talent for falling asleep wherever she is. She is the most creative person I know, like made her own prom dress from scratch creative. Finding my wedding dress with her has been my favorite memory yet. She encouraged me to have my "leo moment" and explained the difference between a-line and fitted and why I should invest in split sizing. Had zero clue what any of those things were. Joanna marches to the beat of her own drum and never asks for validation. She's fierce, bold, and fearlessly herself. Not to mention immensely loving and kind. I'm in awe of her wisdom and self-love at a young age. She loves with her whole heart and knows how to enjoy the little things. Jo, thank you for being a beautiful example to me and thank you for being more excited about my wedding than even me. You make me want to be myself. ~Charlie

Alex is truly such a good person and I love hanging with him. We like playing soccer, playing video games, and watching Arsenal games together. He remembers details about your life and is always ready with thoughtful questions the next time he sees you, so you give him a pass when he Irish goodbye's you later in the night (and he was your ride). ~Chris

This goddess with a heart of gold came into my life when I was an adolescent and she's been family ever since. I'm blown away by her compassion, kindness, selflessness, and perseverance. She would give you the shirt right off her back. She's the pickiest eater, some favorites include cheez-its, reese's fast break, and Coke. She actually fills her Wawa hot coffee cup with Coke to hide her obsession. She is also a grown adult who loves to go to Disney World. So she's a weirdo, which pleases me. She's been a lifeline for me and never lets me fall. This is someone you absolutely want to have in your corner. I am honored she's my bridesmaid and my chosen sister for life. And is she not the cutest thing you've ever seen? Brooke, I will always love you. You are my family. ~Charlie

Cameron and I bonded over football and facial hair. We have a lot in common, like growing up in Colorado and being huge Broncos fans. He's my absolute favorite person to talk sports with. He's always been a great friend, dependable, kind, fun, never takes life or himself too seriously. He's one of the funniest dudes I know. And he's going to have the best moves on the dance floor. ~Chris

Alexa and I used to work together at a compost pickup service startup. We rode massive trikes all over the city picking up compost, which is pretty grunge and badass. We bonded over the most gnarly smells, sticky compost juice, and nightmares about maggots. A bond like this could never break. I consider her my best friend today. She has a smile that lights up a room and she's my favorite storyteller-- I happen to enjoy that every aspect of the story gets her so excited that she veers off on another story entirely. By the time she gets to the end of the first story I've heard 16 other stories. It's lovely. I love you forever, Lex. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being my bridesmaid. You want to keep Sean in your corner because he's a blast. He's funny, spontaneous, and knows how to celebrate life. He values friendship and is always the one making sure that we are all consistently getting together, whether it's to celebrate one of our milestones or just to hang out and play Mario cart. I miss having him around now that he lives in Philly. He'll be the life of the party at the wedding. ~Chris
