We recommend booking your lodging sooner rather than later. The room blocks are for Thursday & Friday night. However, if you want to extend your stay, the hotel will extend your discount as well. This is the closest hotel to the wedding and reception! From here you would WALK to the Tram, which will take you to The Summit for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The room blocks are currently for Thursday & Friday evenings. If you're planning an extended stay, please let the hotel representative know when making your reservation. The discount can be applied for up to 2 days prior and 2 days following, depending on availability. There are more room options available. If you want something other than what's currently blocked, they will extend the wedding discounts to these rooms as well. Room reservations can be made by calling 1.800.453.3000 Option #2 or by using the link below. Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm and is guaranteed by 6:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you are needing ground transportation to and from Snowbird, you can book that at the time of reserving your room. The shuttle company is called Canyon Transportation. The round-trip cost is $88 per person. Be ready with your flight info. If you do not have your flights booked yet at the time of booking your room, no problem! You can call back anytime up until 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
