Kayla and Nicole’s friendship goes back over a decade, and Chris and Dan have been friends for more than six years and even lived together for two of them. While each of their friendships were born before any of them started dating, the four of them have only grown closer through many (many) double-date adventures and game nights. Kayla and Chris definitely took their bond to the next level when Kayla helped him pick out Nicole’s dream engagement ring. She clearly understood the assignment.
Billy & Rachel Griffin
Best Man & Bridesmaid
If it weren't for Billy and Rachel dating (and now married!), Chris and Nicole would have never met and gotten engaged themselves. While roommates dating roommates could have gotten very messy, I think it's fair to say this was the best possible outcome for all parties involved. Nicole was the maid of honor in Billy and Rachel’s wedding, and she and Chris could not be more excited to have Billy return the favor as best man in theirs...and to see who's speech will reign superior in the end.
Hannah Bongiovanni
Maid of Honor, Jr
Hannah is Nicole's little sister, and in the past 8 years, they've grown their bond tremendously and are now closer than ever. If Nicole is on a FaceTime call, odds are it’s with Hannah, and even greater odds it’s not the first one of that week. Nicole cannot wait to have Hannah by her side for her special day and the moments leading up to it, all of which Nicole knows Hannah will be the first to cry.
Shanell & Dylan Dopson
Bridesmaid & Groomsman
Shanell and Dylan both went to college with Nicole, and now they live just three minutes away from Nicole and Chris, allowing the four of them to easily spend quality time together as friends and couples. They can often be found swapping stories and laughing about how similar their partners are in the way they all think or behave. In August of 2020, Chris and Nicole had the pleasure of watching Shanell and Dylan tie the knot themselves, and they are so excited to have the Dopsons be a part of their own special day just the same.
Kate Graydon

Kate and Nicole became friends during their senior year of college, quickly bonding over shared interests like country music, dancing at the bar, and festivals/carnival rides. In the past few years, their friendship has become even deeper, and Kate is without a doubt Nicole and Chris' favorite friend to tag along on their adventures together, as she never fails to make any outing a genuinely good time.
Trip Carson
Groomsman
Trip is Chris's eldest brother and Nicole's soon-to-be brother-in-law! In addition to Trip being a groomsmen, his adorable two boys, Ben and Henry, will be ring bearers at the wedding ceremony. Every summer, the fam gets together at the beach house for some quality time, including taking the boys fishing on the boat and Nicole and Trip competing against each other in Cornhole. Uncle Chris and Aunt Nicole can't wait to make new memories with the boys in the DR, especially at the resort waterpark!
Jeffery Merlo
Groomsman
Jeff and Chris met through his best man, Billy, and built a digital bromance via their mutual love for video games. When the two aren't playing online, Jeff, a personal trainer by profession, is texting Chris daily reminders to lift weights and sending him different programs to help him keep up his physique (which Nicole is a big fan of).
