Welcome Drinks

Before you head over to one of the amazing restaurants for dinner, we're asking all of our guests to stop by the Rum Bar on the Ziva family side for a few Caribbean cocktails! This will be a chance for the happy couple to say hi & welcome to everyone in a casual, laid back format. Drinks only, no food included!

Pool Party!

Instead a formal rehearsal dinner, we are throwing all our wedding guests a pool party in one of the "Royal Cabanas" in the Zilara pool (aka the big ones that are located over the water). Ours will be the left one, closest to the swim-up bar. Bring your best bathing suit and party energy!

Wedding Ceremony

Cocktail Hour
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
The reception will begin with an hour cocktail party on the hotel rooftop, including hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, and a welcome cocktail!
Wedding Reception
7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
The reception will include dinner stations, a DJ, and dancing at sunset!
After Party
10:30 pm
For those that want to keep the party going, join us for more drinks at Ziva’s Moments Sports Lounge!

Farewell Brunch

This is not a formal event. We will be enjoying the breakfast buffet at El Mercado on the Ziva family side from 9:30-10:30am. Please stop in to grab breakfast and allow us one last chance to see you and thank you before you fly home!
