Question
When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Kindly RSVP by May 19th to help us finalize our preparations. Please note that if you wish to stay at the hotel block we’ve reserved, you’ll need to book by June 1st. After this date, any unbooked rooms will be released to the public.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?
Answer
We kindly request that our wedding celebration be limited to those specifically named on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding as you make arrangements for your little ones.

Where can I stay?
Answer
We have reserved a hotel block at the Great Northern Hotel in Mercer, WI. Rooms under this block will be available until June 1st. After this date, the rooms will be released to the public, and availability cannot be guaranteed. If you’re looking for a more Northwoods experience, we recommend renting a cabin on one of the nearby lakes. Please refer to our travel section for more information and recommendations on where to stay.

Will there be transportation to the venue?

For those staying in our hotel block at the Great Northern, a shuttle will be provided to and from the wedding venue for your convenience.

Are there rideshare options in Manitowish Waters?
Answer
One of our favorite things about the Northwoods is its seclusion and being surrounded by nature. However, this also means that rideshare options are very limited. If you’re not staying at the hotel with the provided transportation, please plan to drive to and from the venue.

Can I park at the venue?
Answer
Yes, parking is available at the venue for those who prefer to drive.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place outdoors in the grassy area behind the White Oak Grill. Cocktail hour will follow near the pool area, just a few steps away from the ceremony space. The reception will then be held indoors at the White Oak Grill.

What should I wear?
Answer
Northwoods Cocktail Attire: We want our guests to feel their best while staying comfortable enough to hit the dance floor with us! Our ceremony will take place on grass, but both cocktail hour and the reception will have flooring, so ladies, feel free to wear heels if you’d like.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
We’ve listed three meal options when you RSVP. If none of these work for you, please let us know your dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll coordinate with our caterer to make sure there’s something delicious for everyone!

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive by 3:45 PM at the latest to ensure everyone is seated and the ceremony can start on time.
