Black Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The wedding will be at the top of the ski resort's gondola in the Champagne Powder Room. Gondola loading up the mountain begins at 5:15 PM. The ceremony is scheduled to take place outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors with access to the outdoor decks around the lodge. You will have to cross a ski trail to get to the gondola. There will be a coat and boot check at the wedding so you can change into your dancing shoes at the top of the gondola.

Breakfast Tacos at Base Area
9:30 am
There will be breakfast tacos at the ski base area near the Timber & Torch outdoor fireplace at 9:30 AM. Look for our families with a Yeti cooler full of tacos. Nika & Nick to ski down in tux and gown into the base area at 9:30 AM to meet up for breakfast tacos. We will then head up the gondola again with anyone that wants to join us for a ski run down in our tux and gown. You can wear regular ski clothes or join us with your wedding attire again.
Free Concert at Mountain Base
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
There will be a free concert at the ski area base on Saturday April 1st. The band is Joslyn & The Sweet Compression and they start at 3:30PM. We will be there and hope to continue celebrating with you at this event. There are several bars/restaurants around Ski Time Square and there are snack/drink booths around the concert area.
