RSVP for Shirts & Sleeping Arrangements

This is the "Event" associated with the online RSVP for your sweatshirt order, another place to input sleeping arrangements, and your opportunity to comment with suggestions (possibly your only chance). This year we are opting for a simple, comfortable unisex grey crew neck sweatshirt to compliment the other shirts we have all been collecting for the past 10 years. (The shirt order form is listed as "Meal Options".) If you are not coming but do want a shirt, this is the one event you say "Will Attend" and then put your shipping address on the line in lieu of sleeping arrangements.

Hi! This Scheduled Event with RSVP is just to help me keep track of which parties have gone through and updated all of their answers for the year of our Lord 2021. If you do not RSVP anything on this page, I will come after you and pester incessantly until I get the appropriate results (a current RSVP.) Also, you can always come back and update answers later when you have a better idea of where you are staying or what you are doing but please respond today when you go through so I know that last year’s response is an old one. Thank you!

Weed Abatement & Property Work Day

10:00 am - 4:30 pm

Attire: Work Clothes, Gloves, Hats, etc

In keeping with the original plan, we will in fact be working on weeds, fences, trees, the driveway, and whatever else Grandpa chooses to be important. This is a work day and will be followed by some sort of cookout with a cooler. We appreciate any and all help we can get to improve and care for the property we all love so much. Thank you!

Cemetery Visit

11:00 am

We are (tentatively) planning to visit the cemetery early on Friday so we all have plenty of time to get back to where we are staying and settle in before dinner with Grandpa Friday evening. All are welcome. RSVP if you want us to be sure to include you. This will be more organized the day of so that everyone that wants to be included makes it. If we do it early, we might also do a breakfast with it.

The Main Event & Brunch

9:28 am - 12:30 pm

Dress For Success (layers that can get dirty, muddy, torn, or wet and make you feel like a superhero and look fabulous)

Come ready to get down! We will be assigning teams ahead of time and you will get opportunities at the dinner and other advance gatherings to earn valuable points for your team. Upon the 'start' time of the event, you will be handed your team packets (and breakfast, beers, Mimosas, etc) to work through. You will have at least 45 minutes before the true Race Start. Plan, Eat, Stretch, Visit Flossy Gooch, and Be Ready to Rumble! There will be a 10 minute warning whistle before the true START.
