Guests may check-in anytime between 4pm and 8pm on Saturday. Note: We will be hosting a rehearsal dinner for family and wedding party members only. For all other guests, we encourage you to make dinner plans either before or after checking in as dinner will not be served on Saturday night. The town of Winslow has many great options for you to enjoy! Once you arrive, feel free to relax and enjoy the lawn games or explore the 255-acre forested property. We'd love to have you join us at the Welcome Bonfire event at 8pm!
Welcome Bonfire
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We are excited to invite all our guests to join us at the Friendship Circle for a Welcome Bonfire event. Come and socialize, have a drink and make a s'more or two while we share some of our favorite memories with you all! What a great way to catch up with old friends and meet some new ones!

Breakfast

Yoga
9:00 am - 10:00 am
A private yoga session will be held in the great hall in the morning - we can't think of a better way to welcome the day. Please come in comfortable athletic clothing; yoga mats will be provided.
Guest Book Creation
10:00 am - 2:00 pm
We invite all guests to help us create pages for our wedding guest book. Islandwood will open up their art studio full of supplies, and they will bind all of the created pages into a very special book for us to keep. Please bring photos to add to the book (photos of us with you!), stories of us spending time together, how we met, heartfelt messages, wishes for the future - whatever you'd like to add as a keepsake for us! Everything is meaningful - long or short, sweet or silly.
Lunch
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Stop by the Dining Hall for a casual lunch before everyone gets ready for the ceremony and reception in the evening. If you plan on attending the group hike at 1pm, make sure to plan on getting some food beforehand.
Naturalist-Led Hike
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Islandwood consists of 255-acres of beautifully forested land. Come along with us for a fun naturalist-led hike through the grounds and explore the treehouse, suspension bridge, and the wonderful trails! We recommend wearing weather-appropriate footwear and clothing for the outdoors.
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Summer Formal Attire
This is it! Please join us promptly at 5pm for our short and sweet wedding ceremony amongst the trees in the Creaky Tree Meadow. We can't wait to share this special moment with each and every one of you. Don't fret... In case of rain, we will hold our ceremony indoors in the Great Hall and you will all be notified accordingly.
Social Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Come and mingle with all your new friends after our ceremony. There will be light refreshments and lawn games before dinner - make sure to work up an appetite!
Wedding Celebration Dinner
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
We can't wait to share our first meal as a married couple with you all! Make sure to get your fill - the night is just beginning. The meal will be family style - something for everyone!
Dancing
8:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Celebration and dancing will begin in the Great Hall after dinner. We look forward to dancing the night away with you all! Cake and dessert will be served.
