This one-of-a-kind space, rising 400ft high in the heart of Arlington, VA, boasts three stories of floor-to-ceiling windows, a breathtaking outdoor terrace and Champagne bar that adds to the atmosphere of romance and grandeur. The main level Observation Deck offers 12,000 sq ft of flexible space, equipped with a wifi and digital technology. Comprehensive wedding menus provided by renowned exclusive caterer, Design Cuisine.

The View of DC

Overlooking the nation’s capital, The View of DC is the perfect place to host your next event.

When guests arrive at your event, they will be ushered through a private lobby and up two dedicated elevators. These elevators will take them to the Observation Deck, a 12,000-square-foot floor that can accommodate 400 people standing and 200 seated. From this vantage point, your friends and family will be able to take in some of DC’s most iconic sights, including the Washington Monument. These breathtaking, 360-degree views will set the backdrop for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The minimalist art and interiors, and glittering constellation lights will add to a captivating experience throughout your celebration. During the festivities, you and your loved ones can also access the Outdoor Terrace, where you can enjoy cocktails at the Champagne bar.
