Madewell Estates will be Lubbock's Premier event center. Located 10 minutes south of FM 1585 in New Home, Madewell Estates can host 625 occupants. With over 17,000 square feet of usable space, Madewell Estates offers a variety of spaces for your event. Whether you're wanting to host a small get together of 20, 100, or 500. A Grand Hall with a gorgeous backdrop of windows, cocktail lounge with access to an oversized patio, upstairs balconies with an patio overlooking the south side of the property and pond, a Bridal Suite or smaller event space with overlooking balcony deck of the front of the estate as well as a Grooms Suite for private gatherings.

Description

A few that make us stand out is size, style and multiple event spaces. Our venue exceeds 21,000 sqft with multiple stories and patio options for indoor and outdoor occasions. An upstairs bridal suite with a private patio Is also an option for smaller events like showers and meetings. Our bar and cocktail space can hold 100 people for rehearsals and corporate meetings with a private patio attached. Lastly, we built a basement wine cellar that can hold 40 for dinner parties and rehearsal dinners.
