About this venue

The Barn on 1st is a 91-year-old dairy barn that was in the same family until 4 years ago when we purchased the property from the Heath family. The Barn is the most beautiful venue in Southeast Idaho, it's close to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, Island Park, and The beautiful Grand Tetons, making this the perfect destination for your upcoming wedding! You will feel like you're at a country wedding while being right in town in the middle of Idaho Falls.

Loft Area

The perfect versatile space for any special occasion.

As you enter the upstairs Loft you are greeted by the 25 ft high barrel style ceiling with 3 large chandeliers, There are strands of lights that are strung from side to side. At the South end of the Loft are large spectacular windows that allow the natural light into the Loft, great for photography. The Loft Area has hosted Wedding Ceremonies, Receptions, Dances. Dinners, Quinceaneras, Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Christmas & Holiday parties, as well as Business Meetings. There is a lift available for guests that need it. The Loft can accommodate up 150 guests. The Loft is awesome as it is or like a blank slate waiting to be decorated to any style. The main floor was split up into large center foyer area, a food prep area, two bathrooms, and two dressing rooms. A staircase and elevator lift take guests to the upper level.
