THE VILLAGE LODGE

The Sugar Bowl Village Lodge is an inclusive wedding venue where the historic ski resort grounds become the entire setting. The results is an unforgettable destination weekend wedding. The Village Lodge and grounds provide endless locales for special moments to suit your vibe; laid - back sun deck, picturesque lawn, cozy Belt Room Bar- from 100 guests to 300 and casual BBQ to fine plated cuisine. Best of all, many of your guests can stay right at the Sugar Bowl Hotel for a weekend of shared memories. Site fee includes use of the Village Lodge from Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. to Sunday at noon. The Village Lodge can accommodate up to 300 guests outdoors, and 140 guests indoors.

Fee includes Items for up to 200 people: - Ceremony and reception site. - Bridal suite free for the night of wedding when Lodge minimums are met. - Vendor recommendations. - Bar set-up and bartender for a 6-hour time period. - 60” Round Dinner tables and white folding chair seating. - 12 market umbrellas and 8 outdoor heaters for dinner seating. - China, glassware, and silverware. - White folding chairs for ceremony. - Cake cutting and passing service. - 15’x15’ dance floor (Village location only). - Bug spray and sunscreen station
