Perfect Wedding Reception at Le Loup

We originally picked Le Loup because we had already been there on several dates since moving to Nashville. We knew the setting and cocktails would be great. It seemed like the perfect place for our wedding reception. We did this wedding ourselves and couldn't have done it without Stephanie's guidance and help. From the get, she helped us wrangle all the details and was very upfront about costs and ways to work within our budget as well as helping us stay on top of deadlines with patience. We also had our tasting about 6 weeks before which was such a welcome respite from all the planning and a great way to add renewed excitement before the home stretch. The staff at the tasting were great. We had 2 friends come with us and we had the best time. We knew the food would be good but after the tasting, we knew it would be great. On the day, during set up, Stephanie immediately put me at ease. We had several tables (takeaways, polaroids, etc) to set up and she just said, "We got this" I knew we were in good hands. Everything looked amazing. Her attention to details throughout the reception made both of us feel that she cared. Hard to explain how nice that is after such a wild/hectic few days. Everything ran on schedule but never felt rushed or panicked. The staff at Le Loup are warm and professional. The cocktails and food are excellent and our guests said as much. "Best food I've had at a wedding" was said to me several times. If we could do this all over again, we would lock down Le Loup immediately. We highly recommend you consider Le Loup for your wedding or any event.
