The Thames Street Parking Lot is conveniently located across the street from the inn, making it easily accessible for your guests. We provide clear signage to direct attendees to the designated parking area.

Our peak wedding season runs from May to October, when our beautiful Sperry Tent is set up and ready to host events. During these months, we offer the full outdoor waterfront experience that makes Bristol Harbor Inn such a special venue. August through October are consistently our busiest months of the year. The waterfront views combined with classic New England charm create an unforgettable setting for celebrations during this time. Special venue rental rates are available before the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend and after the Monday of Labor Day Weekend.

Our off-peak season runs from November through April, when our Sperry Tent is taken down. We still welcome intimate celebrations with smaller capacities in our charming Bristol Harbor Room. The Bristol Harbor Room is available for cocktail hours and receptions only during the off-peak season. Please note that we do not offer on-site ceremonies from November through April.

We work primarily with our partnered caterer, Pranzi Catering & Event Rentals, who handles all food and beverage service. If approved by Pranzi Catering, any outside alcohol would need to be coordinated directly with Pranzi to ensure smooth service throughout your event. They'll work with you to create a bar experience that fits your preferences and budget.

We also have ramp access to the Waterfront Pavilion, providing convenient access to both ceremony and reception spaces.

Yes, we do require event insurance as part of your venue agreement. This is a standard requirement to protect both you and the venue during your celebration. We're happy to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

With your venue rental at Bristol Harbor Inn, we provide a comprehensive package to make your day seamless. This includes tables and elegant white Chiavari chairs for your guests, as well as managed parking across the street. You'll have access to the event lounge from 10am to 11pm on your wedding day. All taxes and fees are included in your rental price, with no additional ceremony fee applied. Restroom access is available in the cocktail hour space and the Inn Lobby for your convenience. We also offer a courtesy guestroom block of up to 20 rooms to comfortably accommodate your guests (guaranteed 11+ months before the wedding).
