Absolutely Exceptional Wedding Experience!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at the Best Western University Inn in Canton, NY for our wedding! From the very first planning meeting to the final toast, the catering and event team went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable. Our guests are still raving about the food—from the beautifully presented hors d’oeuvres to the perfectly cooked entrees. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The team was incredibly accommodating with dietary restrictions and offered a variety of menu options that fit our vision and budget. The event staff was equally impressive. They were professional, attentive, and so easy to work with. Our banquet manager coordinated every detail seamlessly and kept everything running on schedule without ever making us feel rushed. The bartenders and servers were friendly, efficient, and added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our reception. The venue itself was beautifully arranged and flexible for both the ceremony and reception. One of the highlights for us was the adjacent golf course, which offered stunning views and a beautiful natural backdrop for our wedding photos. The attached hotel made it easy for our guests to stay on-site. If you're looking for a wedding venue in the North Country that combines great service, amazing food, and convenience for out-of-town guests, Best Western University Inn is a perfect choice. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

The best western hosted my family for both my engagement party and my wedding, and they were beyond helpful. There was a lot of back and forth and they helped me every step of the way. Would definitely recommend.
