About this venue

Belle Vie Farms is a newly restored barn wedding and event venue in Newbern, Tennessee, just minutes from Dyersburg and an easy drive from Memphis and Jackson. Our 5,100 sq. ft. climate-controlled event hall seats up to 150 guests (up to 200 with a tent), so your celebration stays comfortable in every season. Say "I do" under our 1,500 sq. ft. covered open-air pavilion or inside the barn, then gather on the covered porch and around the fire pit after dinner. A private bridal suite and a fully equipped caterer's kitchen are included, all on a private, gated property with on-site parking. Bring the caterer of your choice. Belle Vie began as our family's sheep farm; when our daughter got engaged in 2025, we transformed the old barn for her wedding, and now we'd love to host yours. Simple, transparent pricing, with weddings from $2,500.

A light-filled, climate-controlled barn hall made for long candlelit tables and a packed dance floor.

The heart of Belle Vie Farms: a newly restored, climate-controlled barn hall with soaring wood ceilings, iron chandeliers, and crisp white board-and-batten walls. Seat up to 150 guests at long banquet tables or 60" rounds, with room for a dance floor, bar, and cake table. The building includes a bridal suite with hair-and-makeup stations and a catering kitchen, and opens onto a covered side patio, the open-air pavilion, the fire pit, and lawn games.

Our covered open-air pavilion sits right beside the barn, with a warm wood ceiling, a wrought-iron chandelier, and curtained columns that frame views of the open fields. It seats up to 150 for a ceremony and works beautifully for cocktail hour, rehearsal dinners, or an outdoor reception. When the ceremony ends, guests step straight into the barn hall, out to the fire pit and lawn games, or onto the covered side patio.

    Amazing Wedding/Party Venue

Yes. All alcohol must be served by a licensed, insured bartending service approved by Belle Vie (not friends or family), food must be served alongside it, and bar service ends 90 minutes before the end of your rental. Your event insurance must include liquor liability coverage, and guests may not bring their own personal supply.

Linens, decor and a dance floor are available as add-ons.
