Yes, you can customize the package to your liking.

Renter will be responsible for arranging tables and chairs. Ase' Event Studios will only do setup of a specific layout for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.

If additional hours are needed please communicate this to us as soon as possible. Depending on availability and no other events before or possibly after your event we will do our best to accommodate. All persons involved with an event are required to clear the venue by the contract “out-time” to avoid overtime charges. An additional $125 per hour will be charged if the event goes over the specified time.

Any requests for changes in the already contracted date with Ase' Event Studios are required IN WRITING (or email) and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Change of date is subject to availability. A fee of $100 may be due at the time of rescheduling.

Alcohol is only allowed when provided by a licensed bartender. Guests may NOT bring their own alcohol (BYOB) and cash bars are not permitted (PLEASE DON’T SELL ALCOHOL IN THE VENUE). If alcohol is served then security will be required during your event. Most packages come with security already included.

There is onsite parking for up to 24 cars in the parking lot in front of the venue. We do offer Valet Services that includes an additional parking lot as an add on service. Please note that if you have a large party you may want to carpool or use street parking.
