About this venue

Located in Flagstaff, AZ, Arizona Nordic Village offers a beautiful venue for weddings in the hills. Nestled in the foothills of the San Francisco mountains, this setting is surrounded by stately aspens and pines. The village has more than 40 kilometers of trails and is close to the Grand Canyon, ideal for adventure seekers. Arizona Nordic Village has been helping the people of Flagstaff have fun outdoors for more than 35 years. The team here aims to provide a beautiful, serene setting while causing as little disruption to nature as possible. They are happy to welcome couples planning all manner of weddings, including elopements, commitment ceremonies, and vow renewal.

Experience the Outdoors Like Never Before

The lodge and ski trails established in 1984 are still mostly in use today. Throughout the years, camping options have increased with overnight yurts, cabins and campsites now in place. In addition, larger yurts and a tent have been added to assist with equipment rentals, more visitors and special events such as summer weddings and running races.

Description

Our single day package is offered in several time frames, from 7am - 2pm, 12pm - 7pm, and 7am - 7pm, with the option to extend the time to 10pm for an additional fee. Early arrival is also an available add-on.

Overnight Package

Description

Our overnight package goes from 1pm - 10am the following day, and includes our front country units for your guests to use & sleep in. In our front country, we have 3 yurts available, each with 2 sleeping pads, a table and 2 chairs, and a wood-stove, as well as 4 cabins, which have a twin bunk bed set with mattress pads, and a queen size frame with mattress pad, tables, and wood stoves. Restrooms are located in the main lodge [suggested guest capacity is 22 for overnight, with some flexibilty].
