Gorgeous outdoor space includes a private hot tub and a sprawling courtyard with multiple grills, alfresco dining, and a fire pit under a charming ivy-covered pergola. An outdoor TV and sound system provide entertainment, while electric outdoor heaters provide cozy warmth on crisp nights. You and your guests will also enjoy access to a reservoir and boat launch at the bottom of the hill.

Description

This package includes a 2 night stay for up to 8 guests, and the use of our property/facilities for a daytime event for up to 5 hours. The event can be held any 5 hours range between 9AM to 10PM during your 2-night stay. We can host up to 100 guests on the property. The 8 Overnight Guests are welcome to check in at 9AM on the first day of their rental, and check out at 11:00 AM on the last day of their rental. Please connect with us for more information.

Yes, as long as you have Event Insurance, you can serve alcohol on the premises. All alcohol must be served by a Licensed Professional.

All amplified music must be shut down by 10:00 PM. We are located in a valley where sound carries, so we need to respect the neighbors around the Reservoir.

Certain parts of the property are wheelchair accessible, but it is not 100% accessible. The first floor of the main house is also accessible, with the exception of one step up to the porch (that can have a ramp added as needed).

We do have parking for up to 25 cars on site, but if you have a large party, we always recommend a shuttle service that transports your guests up and down the hill before and after your event. Highway 17 is very unsafe at night for those who are unfamiliar with the roadway.

Yes there are overnight accomodations for an additional nightly cost. We do require a 2 night minimum. We can host up to 8 people in bedrooms (4 bedrooms total) nightly.

We require a minimum of 4 hours, and you can max out at 10 hours in one day rental. This must include your setup and cleanup time.
