I'm a mother, a photographer and an enneagram 3w2. I always show up to weddings with Starbucks in hand and am not afraid to step up and become your best friend :) Jaylene Dawn Photography is a brand that strive to capture memories for couples and families for generations to come. I believe all of life's greatest milestones should be celebrated and photographed so we have something to hold onto to remember the emotions and the details that made these moments so special.

My love language is gift-giving, and through my photos, I hope to give clients the gift of memory. I want you to remember all the heartfelt moments and joy you felt during your wedding day, surrounded by the most important people to you. I'll be there to make your special day run as smoothly as possible. I'll remind you to drink water, fluff your dress, hold your bouquet and more. I'll photograph you present in the moment and the moments you didn't even know were happening until you look back at your gallery and re-live the happiness all over again.

    COMPLETE SCAM

    Jaylene is an outright horrible person. Listen to the other bad reviews and stories of hundreds of people's money being stolen and never receiving their pictures. When you try to contact her, she either ghosts you completely or cusses you out in nasty calls, texts, and voicemails. Not only does she rob you of your money, the photos of cherished, once-in-a-lifetime memories are never delivered. DO NOT BOOK WITH JAYLENE!!

    We have only had the pleasure of working with Jaylene on one occasion but we certainly look forward to future opportunities! As a company that offers planning and event management, it is always incredibly helpful when a photography is both kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, during peak season, it can take up to 8 weeks for you to receive your gallery. When you receive your gallery, it will also come with a link that can be shared with friends and family as well.
Yes! All final images will be edited for color and lighting ensure they look beautiful. I also offer cosmetic retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
You can expect about 75 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding needs, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. I do guarantee a minimum of 600 images for 8 hours of coverage.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I'll be happy to send over a copy.
In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues. More than likely, your second photographer will step up to the role as the lead photographer, and I will find a replacement second photographer. If I am unable to find a replacement, I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect photographer to photograph your wedding in my place.
At this time, Jaylene Dawn Photography does not offer video services. Stay tuned for updates for the 2024 season.
I recommend booking as soon as possible once you have secured a date and venue. In the past, I have booked clients as far out as 18 months and as soon as three months in advance. If you are getting married during peak season (May-October), it's always safe to inquire sooner than later, especially if you have a Saturday date.
