The Flower Kitten provides custom floral designs for special events and weddings, located in Metro Detroit. We combine attention to detail, the best quality flowers available, and expert styling to make sure that your event is memorable. We love working with abundant blooms, lush foliage and foraged bits and pieces to create natural bouquets and arrangements. We like to use Michigan flowers and greenery during summer months, whenever possible.

- Garden/ Organic-style bouquets - Locally-sourced flowers if possible- including home-grown. Attention to detail- I want your wedding to look REALLY GOOD. Cost-saving suggestions when possible- Just ask!

I cannot say enough great things about Lisa! She brought my floral vision to life for my wedding day. The whole process was very easy and stress-free. We had an initial meeting to discuss my vision and types of flowers and she was able to work within my budget and created the most beautiful bouquets for myself, my bridesmaids, as well as corsages for my mother and mother-in-law, and the amazing centerpieces! She is such a wonderful, talented florist and I would recommend her to any bride looking for someone who knows how to create any vision into a reality.

Lisa was an absolute dream to work with! She was very friendly and intuitive during our first meeting and was easy to communicate with during the whole wedding process. My bridal bouquet, centerpieces and fireplace mount was beautiful. I sent Lisa my pinterest vision board and she killed it! All of vision board came to life and I was taken away. I would hire Lisa for all upcoming special events- she was a true dream to work with

Lisa was so easy to work with. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about florals, but she is also extremely reasonably priced. If you started your research on flowers, you probably found out that most places require a 4k minimum spend. Not Lisa! We met on a zoom conference after I shared inspo pics and she had all the flowers up on her screen that were in those inspo pics. She explained what was in season and what was not. She offered substitutions that look very similar to the flowers in the bouquet to help lower the cost. She created the exact vision I wanted. On the day of, she was prompt and everything was perfect. My bouquet was just what I wanted colorful! And I adored my hair piece! She also worked well with one of my other vendors. The other vendor created an art installation and Lisa provides the dried pampas arrangements for it. I highly recommend Lisa!
