I'm Leah, the creator and baker behind Somethin' Extra Sweet! I have always loved to bake and share my sweet treats with friends and family! In the summer of 2019, I decided to take the plunge and create a baking business after being nudged by everyone who has tried one of my treats...they knew they were too good to keep under wraps! After playing around with many names I landed on Somethin' Extra Sweet because my sweet treats always have a little somethin' extra to make them special!
I operate a home based bakery in Annapolis, MD currently serving the DC Metro area with custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more! Orders can be placed for Fridays-Sundays for pickup and delivery is available on weekends only. Whether you are in need of cake for a celebration, cupcakes for a girls night, cookies for your new neighbor, or other sweets just because you feel like it...Somethin' Extra Sweet is here to bring a little extra sweetness to your life!

Having a larger wedding? A multi tiered cake makes a statement and serves a lot of guests! Starting at $280 for 40 servings before decorative add-ons. Delivery and set up is REQUIRED for all multi-tiered cakes.
