    My experience with ATL Sip Society was unacceptable. I booked a birthday event for May and canceled in early January due to a family emergency — giving several months’ notice. Payment was taken without issue, but when I requested a refund, Tiffany refused to return any portion of the money, despite no services being provided. Keeping 100% of a client’s payment under these circumstances is excessive and speaks to the business’s priorities. There was no attempt to be reasonable or show basic customer consideration — just a decision to keep the money. This was a clear example of how this business operates when things don’t go as planned. I would strongly caution others before booking, as this business chose profit over integrity, keeping full payment despite providing no service.

    Hi Ngozi, We’re truly sorry to hear about your family emergency and understand how challenging unexpected situations can be. For clarity, at the time of booking a signed contract was completed outlining a non-refundable 30% deposit policy, as with any event vendor, this is standard. In this case, a 50% payment was made to secure your event date. When you reached out to cancel, we responded promptly and offered several options to support you, including rescheduling your event, applying your payment as a future credit, and even offering to return 20% of your payment as a courtesy, despite the agreed-upon policy. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to any those options. A dispute was later filed through your bank, which removed the funds from our account during the review process. As you claimed the non-refundable deposit was "fraudulent". As a small business, reserving a date means turning away other clients and beginning preparation immediately, which is why these policies are in place. That said, we always aim to be fair, transparent, and accommodating whenever possible. We remain open to working with you in the future should you choose to rebook.     We used Sip Society for our engagement party last weekend and could not be happier that we did! This was my first party I’ve ever planned so I was anxious how everything would work out, but Tiffany and the team exceeded our expectations in every way including a surprise espresso martini tower which really made the night for me! She was so kind and attentive to all of our guests and everyone had amazing things to say about the service and presentation. We will definitely use Sip Society again for all future events!

    I've had the good fortune of experiencing Atlanta Prosecco Van / Sip Society multiple times. Most recently was at Bloomingdales inside of Lenox Mall. They never disappoint! The setup is beautiful, the service is top-notch, and the vibe they bring is unmatched! It’s the kind of touch that takes any celebration or event to the next level. Highly recommend!
