CEG Bakery opened 7 years ago in (ATL) Buckhead. We support private, corporate and charitable events in addition to the local community. Bakery offerings include a wide range of baked goods and custom desserts influenced by our Southern heritage and French culinary training. My favorite tasks, after helping my mom get the baked goods in the oven, were licking the bowl and playing with the scraps of leftover pie dough to create unique ‘works of art’. I developed a passion for baking and cake decorating as an adult. The highlight of my career was my television premiere on the show Winner Cake All on Food Network.

Laura Curtis, a Culinary Institute of America grad, was working as a R&D chef when she made her first batch of bright pink, tart & fruity Raspberry Hibiscus marshmallows. Her husband suggested she name the new amply fluffy creations Malvi, short for malvavisco, the Spanish word for marshmallow. She created Malvi Mallows using European-Style butter and Fair-Trade chocolate to make Malvi cookies extra rich, and dried hibiscus flowers, locally roasted espresso, whole vanilla bean, and organic Georgia peanuts to maximize marshmallow flavors, then built a business so that everyone can party s'more.
